LA Times columnist thinks President Jonathan should be impeached

LA Times Columnist, Joel Brinkley (pictured above) wrote that Nigeria is the most corrupt country in the world and feels president Goodluck Jonathan should be impeached. He wrote an article titled  Nigeria’s Squandered Opportunity on Friday March 22nd. See it below...
Just outside President Goodluck Jonathan’s office sat 17 ambulances, just in case he or one of his aides fell ill. They were seldom if ever used.
No actual health-care facility nationwide had as many, and in fact a few still have none at all. But as soon as a Nigerian newspaper took a photo of the ambulances and published a story about them, they suddenly disappeared — probably to an underground garage.
Jonathan is president of Nigeria, which should be among the world’s most prosperous nations. After all, it produces an estimated 2.4 million barrels of oil each and every day. With oil now selling at $93.61 a barrel, that’s $224 million in income daily. And yet many hospitals can’t afford to buy an ambulance. The reason, in my view: Nigeria is the most corrupt nation on earth.
It gets more interesting. Continue...

Sure, Transparency International lists almost three dozen states as more corrupt — Chad, Haiti, Laos, Yemen, Cambodia and the like. But are any of those nations as wealthy as Nigeria — taking in $81 billion annually, just from the sale of oil? No, not even one of them. So Nigeria steals and squanders more money than any other nation, making it the world’s most corrupt, by that measure.

Nigerian journalist Musikilu Mojeed finds all this so discouraging.

“With its geopolitical power, economic resources and middle class,” he laments, “no country (with the possible exception of Saudi Arabia and Egypt) has the power to change the course of black/African civilization like Nigeria.” After all, Nigeria is Africa’s most populous state — and large, twice the size of California.

So Nigerians are living an opportunity squandered — particularly now. Egypt is in turmoil. In just the last few days, in fact, many Egyptians have been calling for a military coup — anything to rid the state of its widely despised Muslim Brotherhood government. And a new report by the World Economic Forum ranked Egypt the least safe and secure tourist destination among 140 tourist nations evaluated.

Egypt has lost its place as the Arab/African worlds’ leader, and Saudi Arabia never had it. So for Nigeria, the time is ripe. But its leaders seem interested only in stealing the state’s money to make themselves rich beyond imaging. Think about it: $81 billion a year just from the oil, while most every local government official still tells his people the nation just doesn’t have enough money to fix the roads, schools or hospitals. (Roads are in such terrible shape that government officials generally travel any distance by helicopter.)

And Nigeria’s people — well, they are as mistreated as any on earth. In only nine nations — among them Liberia, Sierra Leone and Somalia — do more mothers die during childbirth. And in only 10 states, including Chad, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe, is the average life expectancy lower. Right now the average Nigerian’s average life span ends at 52. That may be why the median age of Nigerians is just 18.

A few months ago, the Economist Intelligence Unit published an evaluation of the best places for babies to born in 2013, given their probable welfare as children and the chance for a safe, comfortable, prosperous life. Switzerland, Australia and Norway were the top three. The United States came in at 16th, largely because “babies will inherit the large debts of the boomer generation.”
Dead last: Nigeria. “It is the worst place for a baby to enter the world in 2013,” the report said.

Even with all that wealth, only just over half the population has access to clean drinking water, and one-third to a toilet, UNICEF says. Two-thirds live below the poverty line. Only one child in four who contracts pneumonia is given antibiotics, and only about half the population is literate.

The CIA also cites endemic “soil degradation; rapid deforestation; urban air and water pollution.” All this in a county whose gross domestic product stands at $236 billion a year, in the same league as Denmark, Chile, Israel and the United Arab Emirates — prosperous, successful states to be envied.

Goodluck Jonathan is certainly aware of all of this. After all, taking the oath of office, he swore to “devote myself to the service and well-being of the people of Nigeria. So help me God.”

Well, just last week he demonstrated who he really is and what he stands for when he pardoned a former state governor who’d been convicted of embezzling state funds and laundering the money. That pardon triggered a broad, angry uproar.

Good luck, Mr. Jonathan. It’s time you were impeached.

German helicopter crash leaves pilot dead

Two helicopters clipped each other and crashed as they landed in a snowstorm near Berlin’s Olympic Stadium during a federal police exercise, leaving one person dead and several injured.
• Two helicopters collided in a snowstorm near Berlin’s Olympic Stadium
• One pilot dead and five injured, four seriously after incident
• Police were conducting training exercise to deal with football violence
One of the helicopter pilots died at the scene, officials said. Five people were injured, four of them seriously.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether the injured people were in the helicopters.
Pictures from the scene showed one of the helicopters lying on its side in the snow in a field behind the stadium and the other next to it, still upright.
Eyewitness Johannes Malinowski said on n-tv television that he saw three helicopters approaching and that the snow on the field was being kicked up by the aircraft, so “you couldn’t see a whole lot anymore”.
Then “there was a big bang and someone shouted, ‘everybody on the ground,’” he said. “And then we looked up and there was blood on the ground.”
The police were conducting a training exercise on dealing with football violence.
The Olympic Stadium is home to the Hertha Berlin football club. It also hosts the annual German Cup final and was the venue for the 2006 World Cup final.

Kim Kardashian Is Sick Of Being The Butt Of All The Fat Jokes! She Even Cried!! How Sadsies!

kim kardashian defends her pregnant figure1
Dang! People are so EVIL!!
It's obvious that when women get pregnant they gain weight, and just because Kim Kardashian is a celeb that doesn't mean that she gets a pass to what mother nature has in store.
Unfortunately for the reality star, while she's put on 65 pounds during her pregnancy, a lot of HATERS have been taking to social media sites — particularly her Twitter to tell her that she is one hefty woman.
The only problem with this is that Kimmy isn't fat, she's having a child, so of course her kurves were bound to get bigger.
With that said, Miz Kardashian has had enough of the criticism and is fighting back.
She said:
“People can be so mean. It’s not cool and it’s not fair. People are saying, ‘you’re so fat!’ I’m like, dude, I’m pregnant! Social media gives people the guts to say mean things.”
And to top off that craziness, Kim already thinks that Kanye West is going to cheat on her because of her weight, so the last thing she needs is everyone and their mom talking mess about her pregnant figure.
According to a source, Kimberly has even been crying over this whole ordeal, and while it's apparent that she has tough skin, having people constantly talk about your weight is never fun.
Sadly for the starlet, we don't think the taunting is going to stop, so all she can do is keep her head up!!
We still love you gurl!

Chris Brown Will Be A Perfect Boyfriend!! Refuses To Cheat On Rihanna!

Are we living in an alternate universe??!
Chris Brown has vowed that he will never, ever cheat on his ladylove Rihanna while she is away on tour!
Rihanna and Chris have only been apart from each other for a couple of weeks since she began her Diamonds world tour, but Chris plans to stay loyal and visit his girlfriend frequently to keep their romantic diamond shining bright.
A close friend of Breezy dished:
“He ain’t got time for no other b***hes. He and Karrueche are cool but they keeping it simple, on the up and up and on a business level. He ain’t f**king around like that on Rihanna this time. It ain’t about all that. He’s cool with Ri and that’s the way it is. He will make it out there to her I just don’t know when. He got lots of work and obligation on here fam, so, it’s just when he gets a second and clear some s**t off his plate. But feel me, he wants to be with her and she do to so he will make that happen. Ain’t no way he not going to see her while she’s on tour. He will make it happen.”
Yeah, yeah, yeah…
It's nice that he wants to be a changed man, but we'll believe it when we see it!
Unfortunately, while he'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, his past behavior precedes you.
He better behave, though, if he wants to marry her this summer as planned!

Rihanna’s Tour Bus Searched At Border! Weed Found & Citation Issued!

As if we’re soooo shocked to find out Rihanna’s tour bus had weed on it.
Seriously, have you seen her Twitter or Instagram or know absolutely anything about her?
Weed was discovered on one of RiRi’s tour buses after ten buses were stopped at the border between Windsor, Canada and Detroit. Officials smelled marijuana while checking things out, so a search was conducted.
But here is the SHOCKING part to this story!
Only a SMALL amount of marijuana was found and it wasn’t on Rihanna since she wasn’t on any of the buses at the time.
That’s right, the Queen of Weed WASN'T a factor.
The person who was found with weed was cited with a civil penalty.
Maybe that person is RiRi’s personal weed carrier?

Im leaving the singles zone soon......

Ghana’s sexy screen diva, Yvonne Nelson has said that she is leaving singlehood. She took to the social networking site, twitter to make the announcement. “I’m leaving the single zone”, Yvonne Nelson tweeted.
Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson who not long ago declared that she has the sexiest legs in Ghana may soon be getting married to a yet to be disclosed young man.
The question is who is this young man? Could it be Ice Prince? Ice Prince Zamani and Yvonne Nelson are reported to have started dating last year. Ironically, the two have have had some relationship connections with others in recent pasts; Ice Prince to Yvonne Nwosu and Yvonne Nelson to Iyanya.
Having being spotted hand-in-hand at a function in Lagos recently, a few have concluded the two are the latest love birds and wouldn’t be surprising to see them announcing it publicly.
Yvonne has been quoted as saying “He’s just a special friend” when asked about her relation with Ice Prince. This is the same remark she made when her ‘relationship’ with Iyanya was highlighted by entertainment writers.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian may name baby North

US MUSICIAN Kanye West is reportedly considering naming his unborn child with Kim Kardashian ‘North’, as he believes it will sound good with his surname.
However, West may have a challenge on his hands as it will mean taking a different direction to the Kardashian family habit of beginning first names with a ‘K’ - Kim has sisters called Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall and her mother is called Kris.
The couple, who have been dating since April 2012, are expecting the baby in July, but Kardashian has spoken of her fears that West may cheat on her - due to her gaining 65lbs in weight.
In a report carried by the latest issue of the National Enquirer, an insider revealed that the pair’s relationship used to be ‘all about soft music, candlelight dinners and romantic nights together’, but added that ‘Kanye seems to be busier with his music schedule than ever, and Kim doesn’t think it’s a coincidence.’
The socialite has already cited stress as the cause of a recent miscarriage fright, and her stress levels are reportedly increasing, as the reality TV personality frets that West may cheat on her.
West has also hinted at the title of his next album - the rather modest ‘I Am God’. A source told The Sun: “Kanye’s ego is something else, so he’s quite serious about the title.
“He also has a sense of humour though and knows how his self-indulgence is seen by the general public. “It’s half tongue-in-cheek, half what Kanye probably feels is true.”

NDLEA apprehends grandma with cocaine hidden in her hair

Giwa Ayoka Sikirat, a 53-year old grandmother, has been arrested with cocaine hidden in her hair,
Sikirat was apprehended at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, NAIA, Abuja, the Nigerian Capital, while on her way to Pakistan, the agency said.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, said the suspect was arrested at the weekend following the discovery and seizure of a kilogramme of white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine$
“The suspect, Giwa Ayoka Sikirat concealed the drug in her beautiful hair style while trying to board an Ethiopian airline Flight ET 910 to Pakistan enroute Addis Ababa and Dubai,” NDLEA said in a statement.

Boko haram posts video of the killed foreign hostages

LAGOS (Reuters) - A Nigerian Islamist group that killed seven foreign hostages it had been holding since February has posted a video of their bodies on the Internet.

Italian and Greek authorities confirmed on Sunday that a British, an Italian, a Greek and four Lebanese construction workers abducted in northern Nigeria's Bauchi state last month had been killed by their captors.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague said it was "very likely" they were dead, calling it "an act of cold blooded murder". Nigerian authorities have thus far not commented.

The national police spokesman and a spokesman for police forces in Bauchi state both said on Monday they could not yet confirm or deny the killings.

The silent video published by the al-Qaeda linked group, Ansaru, and dated March 9 shows a gunman standing next to a pile of bodies, then a series of close-ups of their faces lit up by a torch.

It carries the Arabic title "The killing of the seven Christian hostages in Nigeria" although the religion of the captives was not clear.

A caption underneath says in Arabic and in English: "In the name of Allah Most Beneficent Most Merciful".

The workers were seized from the premises of the Lebanese firm Setraco in the remote town of Jama'are in Bauchi state

I’m yet to decide whether to accept Gov. Akpabio’s gift – Tuface Idibia

Wedding gifts presented to award winning musician, Tuface Idibia, has attracted lots of criticism from the general public, this prompted the music star to on Sunday say that he was yet to decide whether
or not to accept the controversial wedding gifts presented to him and his lovely wife on Friday by Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom contrary to public opinion.

tubbThe governor stunned guests at the wedding of the celerity couple with the announcement of a donation of two brand new Toyota Prado SUVs to them.
The lucky couple is also to have 29 delegates from Akwa Ibom State attend their star-studded white wedding in Dubai, the United Arab Emirate, UAE, courtesy of the governor.
The Eket-Ibeno Road, which has remained in a bad state for a long time, is to be fully rehabilitated before the next child dedication ceremony of the couple, the governor said.
The gifts have triggered condemnations by some Nigerians who consider them as outrageous and Governor Akpabio as profligate in the management of public funds.
But speaking to newsmen Sunday, Tuface said the cars were yet to be delivered and that he would only decide what to do with them after they arrived.
"The governor made a promise, when the cars come, we will decide whether to accept them or not," the musician said through his spokesperson, Bola Omisore. "We cannot take a decision on the basis of a promise that is yet to be fulfilled."
tubbbAsked to comment on the widespread criticism that has trailed the presentation of the gift to Tuface and his wife, Mr. Omisore said he and his clients were not aware of any criticisms over the cars.
Mr. Omisore said, "No comment", on whether it is appropriate for the musician to accept the gift when the funds used in buying them could be used in solving some of the numerous developmental challenges in Akwa Ibom State as alleged by the public.

‘Made-in-Abia product exhibition'

Aba, the commercial hub of Abia State, has one of the largest concentrations of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and a good number of them are engaged in leather works, steel fabrication and
garment making. These have made the city very popular.

A survey carried out by the United Nations revealed that the Aba leather cluster consists of 11,000 enterprises with 23,000 employees and earns an annual turnover of $100 million.
The garment sector is estimated to have more than 20,000 artisans fully engaged in garment making and designs.
The role of micro, small and medium scale enterprises (MSMEs) cannot be overemphasised given its relevance in resource mobilisation, utilisation and overall contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of a nation.
It serves as the engine of economic growth and development, as it responds to the macro-economic problems militating against developing nations like Nigeria.
It is pertinent to note that the 'Made-in-Abia Product Exhibition' was a bold attempt to promote locally made goods by Abia people, within Abia environment, to accelerate the economic development of the state.
It was also unique because the initiative came from the office of the governor's wife, Mercy Odochi Orji. The office made all the necessary connections to bring together committed and interested people from the public and the organised private sector under a public-private partnership (PPP) initiative.
Governor Theodore Orji was impressed with the project and strongly commended the initiative from Her Excellency's Office in its entirety.
He was also full of praise for the public and the private sectors of the society that shared in the dream, by coming together to begin the process of taking Abia-made products to the next level and with renewed confidence.
According to the governor, "I find this exhibition very unique in another special way. It is a celebration of the famed ingenuity of our people, especially our local entrepreneurs, whose 'can-do' spirit and legendary quality goods were once celebrated and sold all over the world under false labels, even though they were indeed 'Aba-made' goods.
"Aba-made-products are Abia-made products, and these are still sold through-out the countries of West Africa and the world under false labels.
"It is time for Abians to reclaim the pride of their franchise. It is my belief that the project will provide ample and timely opportunity for Abians to become proud again to market their products as Abia-made products and flaunt their ingenuity.
"Through this medium, Abians will not only reclaim our rightful place as pioneers of the Nigerian and African economic revolutions, but will once more lay the solid foundation for the new and young industries that will spring up and grow in our urban and rural areas from accelerated demand and supply of Abia-made goods".
Continuing, the governor said, "As part of our legacy projects, our government has been building new markets and renovating or relocating old ones for better positioning and for aesthetic values. These new markets are meant to offer veritable grounds for continuous exhibition and massive exchange of goods and services that promote Abia-made-products, which fame will certainly soar after this exhibition, and new wealth created in our state".
The governor implored Abians to employ their energies, their ingenuity and business-acumen for productive competition, through creativity and not through dishonest or criminal activities to help in building a prosperous Abia of our dream.
"I assure Abians and especially our commercially-minded citizens that there is enough room for everyone to work hard in all sectors and with honesty, create the values that will make Abia products desirable and Abia State great.
"Our government will continue to ensure the maintenance of peace and security which we have now established in the state, so that the enabling environment for business, equitable politics and the good life which our people crave for and enjoy, will be firmly established in Abia State", he said.
The core lesson to be learnt from the exhibition is the courage and resilience of one woman, and of several people that share the same dream to promote the identity and good quality of a proud people and a proud state.
It is a lesson in the belief that working together, ordinary people, the public and the private sector can make Abia work again.
Abia is known for hosting the highest number of small and medium scale industrialists in the country, however, majority of the industrialists operate in isolation, which prompted the government to use the exhibition to bring them to the limelight.
This is where Abia has comparative advantage over other states in the country. So, the government wants to stamp that superiority by exposing hidden treasures in the state.
Nine sectors participated in the exhibition. They are metal and machine fabrication, leather and allied products, garment, wood works and carpentry, food and beverages, hair stylists and cosmetologists, auto mechanics and chemical and allied sartorial group.
Majority of these industrialists lack exposure which is not good for their businesses and the government wants to expose them through this exhibition in order for them to attract patrons. Business day

issa hayatou re elected as CAF president

Cameroonian Issa Hayatou has been re-elected on Sunday unopposed as Confederation of African Football (CAF) president for a final four-year term in office. Hayatou, 66, has run unopposed at the 35th
ordinary general assembly of the continental body held in Marrakech, central Morocco.

Hayatou was elected for the first time at the head of the African Confederation of 1988 in Morocco, on the sidelines of the African Cup of Nations of football.
Cote d'Ivorian Jacques Anouma wanted to oppose Hayatou at this CAF congress, but a change to the election rules disqualified him.
Anouma's attempt to overturn the decision to disqualify non-executive members from the election was rejected by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
CAS ruled Tuesday that the CAF Executive Committee had jurisdiction to refuse Anouma's candidature that the CAF Statutes adopted in September 2012 were applicable in assessing the validity of the candidates in the presidential election, and that Anouma did not meet these criteria because he had never been a member the CAF Executive Committee.
Hayatou, who already declared that this will be his last contest for the CAF presidency, is the fifth CAF president and by far the longest serving.
His predecessors are Ethiopian Ydnekatchew Tessema, who served 15 years, Egyptian Abdel Aziz Moustafa (10 years), Sudanese Abdel Halim Mohammad (5 years) and Egyptian Abdel Aziz Abdallah Salem (1 year).
Among those who attended the opening were the presidents of the 54 national associations and FIFA President Sepp Blatter.
Blatter hailed Hayatou's leadership of African football over the last quarter of a century, saying African football has become world famous and made commendable strides during this period.
He also commended Morocco for the continued development of its football infrastructure and recent launching of professional league.
The FIFA President added: "As a result, Morocco will become the first African nation to host FIFA World Club Cup in December this year and that is in recognition of the enormous work Morocco has undertaken."

Policeman shoots student over stolen phone

Policeman shoots student over stolen Phone

In Ijegwu community, in Obi Local government area of Benue State, there has been tension following the alleged shooting a student by a police officer last weekend, after an argument. Reporters gathered
from an eyewitness that the victim, Augustine Ajom, a student, allegedly engaged the police officer, who was armed with an AK 47 rifle, in a heated argument over a missing phone when the policeman allegedly shot him.

According to source at Obarike-Ito, headquarters of Obi local government area, the police officer was part of a team dispatched to Oju on a special assignment from the Otukpo Area Command when the unfortunate incident occurred.
Reporters gathered that the shooting of the student elicited angry reaction from members of Ijegwu community who went haywire and manhandled one of the policemen.
The angry villagers allegedly went further to set ablaze the Volkswagen Golf car which was used for the special mission by the policemen.
Meanwhile, victims of the mob attack and the shot student are said to be receiving treatment at the Obarike-Ito General Hospital after being transferred from a clinic at Itakpa.
Reacting to the incident, Benue State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP, Daniel Ezeala denied that the police shot anybody in the fracas.
According to him, "a mob in the said village attacked the police men on patrol duties, for an unjustifiable reasons; they also went a step further to set ablaze their car after thoroughly manhandling one of the police men. There is no truth in their claim that our men shot a student of the community before the attack; it is absolutely false".
In his reaction after visiting the scene of the crisis, Chairman of Obi local government council, Mr Odeh Michael appealed to the people of Ijegwu, Opirikwu and Okpokwu to remain calm and allow the law take its full course in the matter.

N7.93 bn missing from Federation Account, CBN, NCS, FIRS under pressure

N7.93 bn missing from Federation Account, CBN, NCS, FIRS under pressure

An audit investigation conducted into the operations of the Federation Account noted that the Nigeria Customs Service, NSC, claimed that it remitted the N2334.430bn, but 2007
records at the CBN showed that only N241.366bn was made available to Federation Accounts Allocation Committee, FAAC.
The House of Representatives on Monday calculated that N7.935bn was missing from the remittance money which was to be shared between the three tiers of government and the money was not accounted for.
According to reports; the Chairman of the committee investigating the inconsistency, Solomon Olamilekan probed the Central Bank of Nigeria, the NCS and the Federal Inland Revenue Service about the development demanding they explained what led to the discrepancy.
They were asked to either reconcile the discrepancy or present facts on what happened back to the House on Wednesday March 13.
"This implies that the actual amount of revenue generated and remitted by the NCS was less than the amount presented to FAAC for sharing as indicated by the CBN", Olamilekan stated.
A sub-committee headed Pally Iriase was set up immediately to liaise with the Acting Chairman of the FIRS, Mashi, the Deputy Governor (Operations) of the CBN, Tunde Lemo, and the Accountant-General of the Federation, Jonah Otunla, to find answers to the inconsistency.
The Punch reports:
The committee also found out that in another case, N14.210bn generated as import duty was not remitted to the Federation Account for five months.
Rather, it was paid into the CBN's Port Harcourt account by the Port Harcourt Customs Area Command.
The committee noted that while the money was generated in August 2006, it was not until January 2007 that it was transfered to the Federation Account.
While Mashi informed the committee that the CBN and FIRS had tried to do some reconciliation of figures over time, Lemo observed that some of the issues were not exactly the fault of the CBN.
However, both officials could not convince the committee.
Among others, a sub-head captured in the records showed that the Nigerian Governors' Forum was paid N450m for its secretariat project from the Federation Account in 2007.
Furthermore, the committee pointed out what it termed "other irregular deductions" from crude oil sales and other revenue windows in 2007.
For example, it pointed out Joint Venture Cash Calls of N549bn and Excess Crude money of N1.168tn were deducted without justifiable reasons from the Federation Account.
In the same vein, it said petroleum product subsidy of N236.641bn was deducted from crude oil sales.
The apex bank was also queried for allegedly deducting another N124.673bn from the Federation Account under a sub-head it called "Funding of FAAC."
The committee expressed surprise that the details of such an expenditure were not captured in the books by the bank.
There were another payments of N210m and N13.341m in March and April 2007 respectively under the name of "contractual obligations of states", where Anambra State in particular benefitted in 2007.
The committee resolved that this particular payment was a breach of the 1999 Constitution.
It added, "The payment is contrary to the provisions of Sections 162 (1), 162(3) and 120(3&4) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999( As amended).
"The Accountant-General of the Federation has been informed of these irregular payments from the Federation Account and he was advised to ensure that henceforth payment of contractual obligations from the Federation Account should cease."
On the governors' forum project, a report of the office of the Auditor-General of the Federation considered by the committee, stated, "Another case of irregular payment from the Federation Account was the sum of N540m paid for the governors' forum secretariat project and upkeep of the Federation Account secretariat."

2nd Niger Bridge to be constructed by Julius Berger

The procurement process for the construction of a second Niger Bridge by Julius Berger-Africa Infrastructure Management (AIM) Consortium emerging the preferred bidder has been completed.
Mike Onolememen, the Minister of Works on briefing journalists in Abuja said the government has earmarked N30 billion under Subsidy Re-investment Empowerment (SURE-P) programme for the project.
Mr. Onolememen said that Julius Berger-AIM Consortium emerged winner after slugging it out with other world-class construction companies, which included ARM Consortium, Bouygues Consortium, China Harbour Consortium, and Johnson-Matiere Consortium.
According to him, the project, packaged under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement for a period of 25 years, will be delivered under design, finance, build, operate and transfer model.
The minister said that the ministry had obtained a "no objection'' from the Infrastructure Concessioning Regulatory Commission (ICRC), which regulates all transactions under PPP.

Chris Brown to Rihanna I OWN YOUR 'P****'Y

Chris Brown has a message for Rihanna ... and any other guy who might want a piece of her ... back off, because "THAT IS MY P**SY!"

Chris was partying at Emerson Theatre in Hollywood early Thursday AM when he grabbed the mic from the DJ and went off on how to talk to your woman -- and the bizarre rant was all caught on tape.

Chris said, "You GOTTA say that one thing to her ... Don't make me have to tell you again, that's my p***y baby! ... so you better not give it away!"

Chris rambled on ... "So every person in this motherf**king building, if you got a bad bitch you better say that s**t to her, or she might f**k another n***a."

Another girl tip ... don't beat your woman.
